How quickly will my router arrive?
Most orders placed before 4pm on a working day are delivered the next working day by tracked delivery. Orders after 4pm, or at weekends, go out the next working day. Bank holidays can add a day.
How much does it cost?
Everyday and Everyday Plus are £29.99 a month, and On-The-Go is £27.99 a month. Each plan includes the router, unlimited data (subject to the fair usage policy) and UK-based support. There's also a returnable deposit: £20 for Everyday, £50 for Everyday Plus and £0 for On-The-Go.
How long is the contract?
Plans start with a 3-month minimum term, then run on a 30-day rolling contract. There's no 12, 18 or 24-month tie-in.
Do I need an engineer or a phone line?
No. The routers are plug-and-play and connect over the 4G/5G mobile network. Unbox it, plug it into a power socket and connect your devices. The On-The-Go router runs on its own battery.
How fast is the connection?
Speeds vary by location, network coverage, router placement and the plan you choose. Most customers see download speeds of 30–100Mbps. Everyday Plus averages up to 500Mbps where 5G coverage allows.
Which router should I choose?
Everyday (up to 60Mbps, 16 devices) suits most homes. Everyday Plus (up to 500Mbps, 32 devices) is the pick for streaming, video calls and busy households. On-The-Go (battery, about 8 hours, 8 devices) is for trips, caravans and temporary sites.
What areas do you cover?
99% of the UK population. The service works anywhere with mobile network coverage. Check your postcode on the order page to see what's available at your address.
Can I take it with me if I move?
In most cases, yes. Mobile broadband can be used in different locations, but performance depends on coverage. If you move, let the team know so they can update your profile.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit covers your router, which belongs to Next Day Broadband. Return it in good condition using the pre-paid envelope and your deposit is refunded within 7 days. Late returns may cost £100.
How do I cancel?
After the minimum term, contact the team by phone or WhatsApp on 0330 229 6577 and return the router in the pre-paid envelope. Plans can't be paused.
What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?
It's available for genuine cases where the service doesn't meet expectations. It isn't intended as a temporary solution while you wait for another provider, and no refund is offered if 10GB or more of data has been used.
